Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 July 2026. By using the Culina app or https://culinaapp.in (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

The service

Culina lets you save, import, generate, organise, cook and share recipes. It's free to start; we may introduce optional paid features later and will say so clearly before you pay for anything.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Culina, sign in with a phone number or Google account that's yours, and keep your device and sign-in method secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

Recipes, images and text you add remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, display and — where you choose to publish or share — distribute that content through the Service (including share-link web pages). If you keep something private, we only use it to run the Service. When you import from a link, the original source stays credited; only import content you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
  • No attempts to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • No scraping other users' content or data at scale.
  • No impersonation, spam, or recipes designed to cause harm.

AI content & food safety

AI-generated and imported recipes, dietary tags and nutrition values are estimates produced by software and can be wrong. They are not medical, nutritional or allergy advice. Always verify ingredients, allergens, and safe cooking temperatures yourself — especially for allergies and dietary or religious requirements.

Our stuff

The Culina name, logo, app, site and software are ours. These terms don't give you rights to them beyond using the Service.

Ending things

You can stop using Culina any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or put the Service or its users at risk.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or issues arising from recipes you choose to cook. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the date above; continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@culinaapp.in.
